Case Studies
Move to Cloud
Business context: A business-critical legacy application was deployed on an obsolete platform, the platform was ripe with security vulnerabilities, and the gap between current business processes and the system’s capabilities was growing daily. The security risks alone could have supported the business case.
Transformation Results: By gaining a deep understanding of the Lived Experiences of stakeholders, the project delivered substantial new capabilities and reduced the security threats at a much lower total cost of ownership than originally planned.

Enterprise Data Platform
Business Context: The existing Datawarehouse had nearly 75 databases, 10,000 plus tables, and 1500 plus stored procedures. It was next to impossible to determine the source of data, implement governance, regulatory requirements and develop new data-driven products and services that the organization was desperately seeking to sustain market share.
Transformation Results: By gaining authentic engagement of all relevant stakeholders, the data warehouse modernization team was able to incrementally build the modern enterprise data platform, and incrementally maximize the value of data assets.

Legacy ERP to Cloud with Zero Customizations
Business Context: The current ERP with all major modules was deployed nearly 20 years ago. As a normal practice at the time, many of the processes were customized. These customizations made the total ownership expensive and systems fragility obstructed many new opportunities.
Transformation Results: As the organization moved to the new version of the ERP platform with a zero-customization mindset, many business processes needed to find a new home. By engaging all relevant stakeholders throughout the program, many of the business processes were reengineered and automated using 2nd and 3rd-tier solutions. Impact - Upgrading to the new systems was much faster (lowering the total cost and time to transition) and minimized the impact on daily operations.

Innovation
Business Context: The client organization established Innovation Posture, however, was unable to make Innovation a natural part of the digital transformation journey.
Transformation Results: With the help of the WhiteSparrow platform, the client was able to industrialize the innovation process, explicitly quantify the impact of the innovation opportunities, and use real-time performance indicators to create a culture of innovation.
