Productivity Improvement Roles 

  • Product/Service Custodian – This is a non-managerial role and provides an objective view of the service’s readiness and plans necessary improvements. Typically, this role reports to lines of business leadership.

 

  • Systems Architect – this role brings deep architecture, systems engineering and business skills that ensure technology capabilities are optimally aligned to business needs, as well as a solid understanding of ROI.

  

  • Project Manager – this role brings deep project and organization change management skills to manage a diverse set of skills and motivations to deploy architected solutions with a deep focus on creating an environment for results to materialize.
